  • How long does the delivery take?

    The delivery of your product usually takes between 3 to 7 working days from date of order and payment.


  • Can you deliver my products anywhere in Cape Town or Johannesburg? 

    Power Home offers free delivery to main central area points within Cape town and Johannesburg. If you are unsure if you fall under this category, send us a message and we can clarify. If you do not, a travel charge will be incurred. 


  • Is it safe to buy online from Power Home?

    It is 100% safe because Power Home uses PayFast as our transacting platform. PayFast is used by all major online stores.


  • What size Air Conditioner do I need for my home or office


    For any areas that are higher than the above, we suggest you send us a message to give you the best possible options to choose from.

    • Can you install my Air Conditioner in Cape Town and Johannesburg?

      Yes we can, Power Home has approved installers within these areas. Just purchase an installtion package to find the requirements.

    • Can I return my purchase?

     Yes you can! As long as the product has not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition, please read our return policy.

    • Where is the best place to install my air conditioner in my bedroom?

      Out of experience the best place to install your air conditioner in your bedroom is behind your bed to the left or right of the bed. 

    • What is the difference with an Inverter aircon and a Non-inverter Aircon?
      The main difference between an inverter and non-inverter AC lies in the compressor speed. An inverter AC has a variable speed compressor, while a non-inverter AC has a fixed speed compressor. Variable speed compressors are more energy efficient ( minimum 40%) than their fixed counterparts and make less noise as well.
