• Cleaning of the outdoor condenser coil and indoor evaporator unit.
• Checking refrigerant gas levels.
• Cleaning all condensate drain pans.
• Running general system tests.
• Inspecting electrical controls, wiring, and connections.
• Lubricating all moving parts.
• Inspecting pipes. 

The service excludes:

• Servicing at heights (to be confirmed with a follow-up call from our sales team).
• Servicing air conditioners in remote areas and outside our trade radius (to be confirmed with a follow-up call from our sales team).
• Any repairs.
• Spare parts required.

Important Notes:

Customers who select this air conditioner service package will be informed if the service is not deemed standard upon the installer’s arrival. This may occur if the unit has not been serviced for an extended period, causing additional damage or requiring more repairs and parts. The customer will be made aware, and the quote will be adjusted based on the unit’s condition and the necessary repairs to restore it to full working order.

All customers will receive a complimentary follow-up call from our sales team to confirm the purchase and clarify the service type.
